CURRENCY
All prices are in
AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD). To convert to your currency
use the currency converter found within the shopping cart or
in the top tool bar.
SHOPPING IS SECURE
When transacting via our secure
server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted
using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
encryption technology before being sent over the Internet.
Your credit card number is removed from our online server
within minutes of it arriving and is stored on a secured
server and is only used to process orders from katsui.com.au
If you are still unsure about
sending your credit card to us via the Internet, then we
suggest you use one of our additional payment methods.
HOW TO
SHOP
Follow the item direction by clicking on an image.
To see more information, a
larger image and colour selection, click on VIEW MORE
INFORMATION button.
To order any item, choose a
colour selection and quantity. Click on BUY NOW. When you
click on "BUY NOW", you are taken to your shopping basket.
Here you can review your purchases and if necessary, make
changes to your order.
If you decide you don't want to
buy a particular title and want to take an item out of your
shopping basket, Click on the "Less" button next to the title.
If you want more of this particular item click the "More"
button.
To purchase another colour
selection of the same image or to look at other items, click
on "Keep Shopping" to return to image.
To continue into the ordering
and account sections click the "Checkout" button.

FOR FIRST TIME USERS
The first time you visit the
Katsui Studio website and want to order an item, we create
your Customer Account. You enter your personal information
(name, address, phone, etc.) only once and then every time you
return to the site to make a purchase, all you have to do is
enter your account name and password. We retrieve all your
personal information from our database. For safety reasons,
you must enter credit card information each time you visit.
SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT
To process your orders, we need
to set up an account for you first. Having an account will
enable you to place orders faster and more easily and to track
your orders online. Your User Name and Password are the keys
to your Customer Account; they must be entered before any
information can be accessed. You create your account the first
time you go through the Check Out process. Here's how:
- When you're finished
shopping, Click on the "Checkout " button.
- As a new customer, you will
need to create a new account. At this point you will create
your User Name and Password. This will enable you to come
back in future and shop without having to type in your
personal details again. Make sure you keep your User Name
and Password in a safe place.
- Enter your personal, billing
and shipping details. When you have completed each section,
click the "Continue" button.
- Complete payment details.
These details are the minimum information we need to ship
you your order correctly and to process your credit card.
For your security, we do not retain details of your credit
card with your personal information; rather, we require you
to enter credit card information each time you make a
purchase.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept VISA or MASTER-CARD credit cards. After shopping
fill in the required details i.e. Billing/Postal Addresses and
either:
1. ONLINE-USING CREDIT
CARD
- Select your credit card
type from the drop down box provided.
- Enter your credit card
number into the input box provided.
- Enter your credit cards
expiry month and year into the input box provided.
- Enter the name exactly as
it appears on the credit card into the input box provided.
- Click the "Continue" to
place your order.
Please ensure that you verify
your delivery address, your payment details and the items
before continuing. Once you are happy that all the details
are correct, then click the "Place Your Order" button to
submit your order to katsui.com.au
Confirmation
Once your order has been
submitted to katsui.com.au , a confirmation page will be
displayed advising that your order has successfully been
received. An automated order confirmation and tax invoice
will immediately be emailed to you for your records.
2. POST
Print out your details with:
a. Credit card details
b. International Customers: International Money Order in
Australian Dollars. Payable to "KATSUI STUDIO"
c. Within Australia Customers: Bank-cheque or Australian
Post Money Order. Payable to "KATSUI STUDIO"
and Post to:

3. FAX
Print out your details along with you credit card details
and Fax to us at: +61 3 5333 3932 international and 03 5333
3932 within Australia and we will process your order.
4. TELEPHONE
Telephone through your credit card details after either
emailing or faxing or posting your order.
PRIVACY
KATSUI STUDIO promises that any personal details provided by
customers on this site will be used solely for the purpose of
this transaction with KATSUI only, and will not be passed on
to a third party.

laws. Any unauthorized reproduction will be subject to legal
action.
POSTAGE + HANDLING
KATSUI Post + Handling are calculated on a parcel weight and
destination basis. When you have finished shopping with our
KATSUI shopping cart, the secure on line SSL form will
automatically add the weight of all goods you have placed in
your shopping cart and add the appropriate postage charge. All
international parcels are sent Australian Post AIRMAIL. All
parcels
within Australia are sent EXPRESS POST under 3 kg and regular
post over 3 kg.
